🍬 Licorice Root – to soothe the mucous membranes of the throat and digestive tract while adding natural sweetness

🌿 Fennel – to support comfortable digestion and help ease occasional gas and bloating

💜 Lavender – to support digestive comfort and promote relaxation

🌱 Peppermint –  as a carminative herb to support digestion and provide a cool, refreshing finish

Directions:

Steep 1 tsp of herbs per cup of hot water for 10–15 minutes. Cover while steeping to capture the aromatic oils - you don't want to lose all that goodness! Enjoy after meals or anytime you're craving a comforting cup.
