Directions:

Steep 1-2 tsp of herbs per cup of hot water for 15 - 20 minutes or more. Overnight is a good option. Cover while steeping to trap in all that herbal goodness! Enjoy 2-3x daily for a week at a time to allow the herbs to build in your body and exert their influence.
